Well – September didn’t go as planned. I’m afraid I still need to work on motivation. However, I did make some changes in September with medicines that should help in that area; it just takes time. So, I’m disappointed but I think October will be better.
- Plan one outing a month for each child. – Didn’t do this
- Plan family game nights again. – Didn’t do this
- Update personal development blog.
- Blog more frequently.
- Do one thing every day for me. Done
- Go out with friends once.
- Call Carol weekly or so.
- Call and check on Dad. Done
- Be more readily available. Done
- Improve my focus. Done – change in start times helped
- Exercise 5 times a week
- Eat more fruits
- Eat more vegetables
- Lose 5 pounds.
